I think she’d be confused about why I ship countries, but she might be proud of me keeping some of my old friends for so long. So we’d get along just fine~

I don’t think so… My 8 year old self would be confused:

• why do I still watch some cartoons
• why don’t I have husband or at least boyfriend
• why don’t I have children (really, as 8-year-old child I thought I would have children).
• and why am I not beautiful.

Same, ‘cept a little different~ like she’d probably be wondering:

• What happened to my Prussia-levels of awesome confidence
• Why am I still fat (Back then I was told that my chubbiness was just baby fat, so I assumed I’d be hot skinny and sexy by the time I was AT LEAST 16 8I)
• Why do I still let my parents tell me what to do
• why don’t I have a husband and a job

Other than that she’d probably be cool with the idea of me still liking cartoons and stuff XD

I’d actually think I would be very proud, because I was bullied a lot during that 3rd grade time, which set me up through bullying hell during 3-7th grade. Also, it was just after my mom died, so it was a lot harder to deal with not having anyone to talk to.

Looking at me now, a straight-A student, complete with a great best friend (freaksruletheearth :D) and a few other good friends at my new school. (At least in my opinion) I’m not as ugly as I was as a kid. And the fact that I’m not complete enemies with my sister is also a plus.

The weird yaoi/yuri shipping of countries thing may, erm, freak my 8-year-old self out quite a bit, because I was slightly homophobic (I didn’t hate gay people, but I thought they were weird, because my dad explained it that way and I didn’t understand at that age, especially with that “genius” guidance).

At this age, I can defend myself against idiots a lot better than before.

The overall fact of the matter is that no matter what I did way back then, in comparison, I’m fly as hell now.
